Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Tuahrem (“Tuahrem”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares and deletes information when you use tuahrem.com and related Tuahrem services, including account registration, social login, OTP login, job portal features, user-submitted content and uploaded files.
By using Tuahrem, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. Where consent is required by applicable law, we will request it separately.
1. Information We Collect
Account and registration information
Depending on how you register or sign in, we may process your name, username, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, account identifier, profile image, login method and other information you choose to provide.
Social login information
If you choose to sign in using a third-party provider such as Google or Facebook, that provider may send us information needed to authenticate you. This may include a provider-specific user ID, name, email address, profile image and other information you authorize the provider to share. We do not receive your Google or Facebook password.
The exact data available to Tuahrem depends on the provider and the permissions you grant. Your use of a social provider is also subject to that provider’s own privacy policy and account settings.
OTP, phone and WhatsApp login information
If you use an OTP-based login, we may process your phone or WhatsApp number, OTP request and verification status, timestamps, IP address and security information needed to deliver, verify and protect the authentication process. OTP codes are intended only for verification and should never be shared with another person.
Job and recruitment data
When Tuahrem job features are used, we may process job listing information such as job title, description, recruiter or organization details, location, job type, salary, contact information, qualifications, experience, application deadline, images, external links and application methods.
Applicants may submit information such as name, contact details, qualifications, experience, answers to application questions and other information requested through an application form.
User-submitted content and uploaded files
Users may submit comments, profile information, form responses, images, PDFs, CVs/resumes, certificates or other permitted files. Uploaded files may contain personal information. Users should submit only information necessary for the relevant purpose and avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
Technical, security and usage information
Our systems and service providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, requested pages, timestamps, referring URLs, cookies or similar identifiers, error logs and security events. This information may be used to operate the site, prevent abuse, diagnose errors and maintain security.
2. How We Use Information
- create, authenticate and maintain user accounts;
- provide password, social and OTP login;
- operate Tuahrem websites, portals and account features;
- publish and manage job listings and other user-submitted content;
- receive and deliver job application responses to authorized listing owners and administrators;
- store and provide authorized access to uploaded files;
- communicate service, account or security information;
- detect spam, fraud, abuse and unauthorized access;
- diagnose technical problems and improve reliability and functionality;
- comply with applicable legal obligations and valid legal requests.
3. Public Information
Job listings, recruiter details intentionally placed in a public listing, public comments and other content designated as public can be viewed by other users and visitors. Public content may be indexed or cached by search engines and other third parties.
Removing information from Tuahrem does not necessarily remove copies previously indexed, cached, downloaded or independently stored by third parties outside our control.
4. Job Posters and Applicant Information
When an applicant submits a response to a job listing, the information may be made available to the creator of that listing and authorized Tuahrem administrators. Job posters who receive applicant information must use it only for legitimate recruitment and hiring-related purposes and must not sell, misuse or publicly disclose applicant information for unrelated purposes.
Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, Tuahrem is not the employer, recruiter or hiring organization responsible for a third-party job listing.
5. Cookies and Login Sessions
We may use cookies or similar browser storage where necessary for authentication, login sessions, security, preferences and essential website functionality. Third-party authentication providers may also use their own cookies when you interact with their services.
6. Service Providers and Third Parties
We may use hosting, security, content-delivery, authentication, communications, anti-abuse and similar service providers where necessary to operate Tuahrem. These providers may process limited information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms.
When you choose Google, Facebook, WhatsApp or another third-party service, information may also be processed by that service. Tuahrem does not control the independent privacy practices of third parties.
We do not sell your personal information.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. These may include access controls, encrypted network connections, server and application security measures, rate limiting, monitoring, backups and restricted administrative access.
No website, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their passwords, OTP codes and devices.
8. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to operate Tuahrem, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, satisfy legitimate record-keeping requirements, or comply with applicable law.
Retention periods may vary by data type. Information may remain temporarily in backups after deletion until those backups are rotated or securely overwritten.
9. Data Deletion and Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your Tuahrem account and associated personal information by contacting [email protected]. Please identify the account concerned and provide sufficient information for us to verify that you are authorized to make the request.
A deletion request may include, where applicable, account/profile information, authentication associations held by Tuahrem, social-login identifiers, phone or WhatsApp login data, user-submitted job data, application information and uploaded files controlled by Tuahrem.
After verification, we will delete or anonymize eligible information within a reasonable period, subject to information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution or other lawful purposes.
Some public or transactional information may be anonymized instead of deleted where deletion would compromise records, security or the integrity of other users’ content. Data already contained in backups may persist until the relevant backup is rotated or expires, but will not ordinarily be restored for active use except as necessary for disaster recovery.
Social login data deletion
If you used Google, Facebook or another social provider to sign in, deleting your Tuahrem account removes or disconnects the corresponding social-login association held by Tuahrem, subject to lawful retention requirements. Removing Tuahrem from your social provider account does not by itself guarantee deletion of information already stored by Tuahrem. To request deletion from Tuahrem, contact [email protected].
Deleting your Tuahrem account does not delete your Google, Facebook, WhatsApp or other third-party account. You may separately manage connected applications through the relevant provider’s settings.
OTP and phone data deletion
If your account uses a phone or WhatsApp number for OTP authentication, you may request deletion of the number and associated account data where it is no longer required. Limited verification or security records may be retained where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse or comply with law.
Job application and uploaded-file deletion
If you submitted a job application or uploaded a file and want it removed, contact [email protected] and identify the relevant listing or submission. Where the information remains under Tuahrem’s control, we will process a verified request as appropriate. If a recruiter or other recipient has already independently downloaded, exported or received a copy, you may also need to contact that recipient because independently held copies are outside Tuahrem’s direct control.
10. Access, Correction and Other Privacy Requests
Subject to applicable law and appropriate identity verification, you may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information associated with you, or raise a privacy concern. Requests can be sent to [email protected].
11. User Responsibilities
Users must not submit, upload or publish information that is unnecessary, unlawful or inappropriate. Job posters must not request or collect information that is not reasonably necessary for legitimate recruitment.
12. Children
Tuahrem services are intended for users who are legally permitted to use the relevant services in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child has submitted personal information improperly, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, remove it.
13. Legal Requirements and Protection
We may preserve, access or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, a valid legal process or governmental request; enforce applicable terms; investigate fraud, abuse or security incidents; or protect the rights, safety and security of users, Tuahrem or others.
14. External Links
Tuahrem may contain links to employers, recruiters or other third-party websites. Once you leave Tuahrem, the destination site’s privacy practices apply. Tuahrem is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of independent third-party websites.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Tuahrem services, authentication methods or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
